I love the Field Museum and I’ve bought my tickets on Groupon twice. This time though I bought my tickets but was refunded immediately after purchase. I contacted customer support and they told me that they had to enable more ticket purchases for some reason. I’m not sure why it works that way but in case it happens to someone else, I’d suggest contacting before you cancel your plans.
