Enjoyed my first-ever cryotherapy session at APMI Wellness. Everyone on staff was courteous and helpful, particularly Tara, the receptionist, who welcomed me. I’m a bio-hacking woman recreational athlete, so pretty definitely will be going back to APMI soon for more cryotherapy, plus infrared sauna and several other things!
