About Austin Girl Pilates
Pilates gave Susan Caldwell renewed precision, control, grace, confidence, and strength, inspiring her to share the skill throughout her hometown. An Austin native, Caldwell founded Austin Girl Pilates to train students in a welcoming environment for one-on-one or duet sessions. She tailors private Pilates sessions specifically to each individual, including pregnant women, clients struggling with osteoporosis, and those recovering from surgery, injury, or breast cancer. Conscious movement—Caldwell's name for the elements of Pilates as applied to daily life—can help clients lengthen posture, improve grace, and ease pain.
