The three bagels that we ordered were just not cooked enough. They looked a bit anemic, but I noticed that many bagels in the racks looked the same...just taken out of the oven too soon. Additionally the two bagels that were supposed to be toasted dark were at best, warmed! A first not so good experience at this otherwise 5-star venue.
