During 90-minute classes, students are guided through the correct technique for the beginners sequence of postures using alignment, regulated breathing, and stillness. They bring their skills to Bikram yoga classes, motivating their students through the style's series of 26 poses. Per the Bikram system's restorative recommendation, helpful to those with chronic pain, immobility, stiffness, or injury, the studio is kept at a balmy 105 degrees and 40% humidity to benefit the circulatory system, protect students muscles, and effectively oust toxins.
