With a combined 27 years of Fat Shredding experience we work as a team to develop "your" specific strategy for "your" goals. We focus on your fitness experience every time that you walk through the door. This isn't about us it's about your results because that is what you have hired us to do.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
From Dietetic, Exercise Science degrees to USMC Leadership training we have a depth of knowledge and will lead you to reach your potential. As a team of trainers at BodyQuest we align our success with yours. We make sure that you have the tools, accountability and know how to succeed.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Serving in the Marine Corps I had the privelidge to serve under great leaders. I was pushed physically to a point where "in my mind" I couldn't go any further but there was always someone there to encourage me to push harder. I started this business because I knew I could help lead to do the same.

What do you love most about your job?
I love watching the transformation that an individual goes through from the physical to the emotional empowerment that they feel from training hard. I never worry about the money. I always focus on every session being better than the last. I am excited about my first to my last client of the day.
