Modern Day Fitness offers a sexy, fun-filled way to get in shape and boost confidence while eschewing monotonous workout routines. In the 60-minute Intro to Pole-Dance Fitness, students will learn pole-dancing fundamentals, including basic movements and safety techniques to improve strength, coordination, and flexibility, while increasing confidence to be sensual and more comfortable around poles. The classes, which combine fitness with artistic dance movements, are limited to four people to ensure that each student gets personalized attention from founder and certified instructor, Ashauna Higgins.
