Charleston Harbor Fish House
If diners at Charleston Harbor Fish House want to see where their food comes from, all they need to do is look out the window. Views of Patriots Point's waterfront surround the open dining room, showing off the restaurant's natural stockroom: the ocean. There, boat captains pull in an ever-changing selection of local, sustainable seafood and deep-sea tartar sauce.
With those fish and other farm-to-table ingredients, chef Rich Demarse dreams up daily-changing specials to serve alongside the restaurant's core lunch, and dinner staples. Luckily, the scenery doesn't have to disappear with your meal—after enjoying the last bite of lobster ravioli or fish and chips, diners often head up to the rooftop Bridge Bar for drinks and views of the sunset.
