The cookie package includes a sampler of Carla’s sweet and savory cookies, made by hand from European-style butter, unbleached flour, and other artisanal ingredients. Flavors include pecan shortbread with vanilla salt, lemon pepper shortbread, and chocolate hazelnut. Customers also receive a signed paperback copy of Carla Hall’s Cooking with Love: Comfort Food that Hugs You.
With the Thanksgiving packages, customers pick up a loaf of Carla’s five-flavored, lemon-glazed poundcake, plus comfort-food sides including cornbread stuffing, mac ‘n’ cheese, collard greens, pre-baked rolls, mire poix, and cranberry sauce. With the last two options, they also get a plump 10- to 14-pound turkey ready to be roasted in the oven. Each Thanksgiving package will include a YouTube link (also accessible via Carla Hall’s Facebook page) that will show how to cook with the provided ingredients.

Chef Carla Hall
Though she's one of five hosts of ABC's food talk show, The Chew, Carla Hall has no trouble standing out from the crowd. Hall believes the chef's feelings shine through in the food, which is why angry people can only make hot sauce. Hall still cooks with love today, too, whipping up bite-size sweet and savory cookies and creating original recipes for her cookbooks. She recently announced the development of her very first restaurant—Carla Hall’s Southern Kitchen—slated to open in New York City next year. A fast-casual love letter to Nashville, the restaurant will feature iconic Nashville hot chicken and southern sides, which are anchored by Hall’s family recipes and perfected with her personal touches.
