About LAD Fitness
LAD Fitness (Learn, Apply, Develop) est. 2006 that incorporates a variety of exercises, circuit training, nutritional counseling, goals setting and much more! I will motivate clients by setting realistic goals and providing feedback and accountability. I measure your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. I also will give nutrition guidelines. I have 15yrs. experience in personal training, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, and boxing. All ages and levels. Get fit, have fun, feel great!
