Colorado Athletic Club Inverness utilizes an multi-faceted in-house training performance program, Athletic PROformance Systems (APS), that incorporates three major sports components: Speed & Agility, Conditioning, and Strength.
Participants ranging from ages 8 to adult (non-members are also welcome) arrive to the club for their individual intake session—which typically lasts 45-60 minutes—during which your Performance Coach will take you through APS Performance Testing, schedule your training sessions and programming, and create your APS member card. Training sessions are modeled after each athlete’s age, ability level. Current training sessions run Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3-8 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Training sessions are on a first come, first serve basis and it’s recommended by the Performance Coaching staff that intakes are scheduled soon after purchase to ensure preferred training days and times are scheduled. Please contact the APS Performance Training Department for more information on scheduling intakes and specific session types and times. Check the website here or their Facebook page here.

Though each location features a slightly different array of amenities, members enjoy top-notch exercise options at each, such as laps in the indoor or outdoor pool at the Monaco location, hot yoga at the 40,000-square-foot Boulder location, or more than 75 group-fitness classes held at the downtown location. After a good sweat on the elliptical machine or a rousing racquetball match, members also enjoy use of well-appointed locker rooms complete with saunas, steam rooms, and Whirlpools.
