Quad Cities Performance Bootcamp
Held three times weekly, the Quad Cities Performance Bootcamp program helps those who wish for more guidance in their fitness life. Set in a low key, yet fun environment, classes incorporate elements, of circuit training, body weight movements, functional fitness methods, and interval training. Each 45-minute class is run by one of Quad Cities’ certified trainers, all of whom are motivated to get students into fitness shape.
CrossFit FCH’s Level 1 certified coaches help exercisers gain ground on their fitness goals through a constantly varied, high-intensity workout regimen. During each day at the gym, the crew leads students of all ages through the Workout of the Day’s battery of full-body exercises, which might be comprised of everything from dead lifts and sprints to burpees and rowing. The goal isn’t simply to rev up sweat glands, though—the exercises aim to improve 10 different fitness skills, including strength, speed, power, and agility. In addition to the fundamental CrossFit concepts, pupils glean basic nutritional information from their coaches, including how to make healthy choices on an everyday basis.
