I've only attended Crossfit Southend once up to this point, but I'm definitely excited to use the rest of my Groupon classes. The staff was very welcoming and encouraging. They made sure I got the steps prior to moving forward, and I got an AMAZING workout! The only negative thing I can say is they didn't have showers, but they did advise that will be taken care of shortly.
