Prana Flow Yoga
A perfect class for anyone new to yoga, or is simply interested in understanding the movements, philosophies, or their own Self, more deeply.
Mixed levels class, with focus on self awareness and myofacial release.
Tuesday and Thursday mornings from
9am-10am in the
Tango Room, Sherman Oaks.
Please bring your own mat, and if you have props you like to use, bring them along.

About Dani Joy Yoga
Yoga means “yolk” or “union“, as in the union between mind, body, and Self. By simply joining breath with movement, you are able to create a deeper relationship within yourself, so that your actions become motivated by your truest needs.
With Dani Joy, you will not always find the fancy looking poses and constant Sun Salutations. Each class and move is organized according to the needs of the yogis in attendance. If you have physical limitations of any kind, and you are unsure where to begin a physical practice that might take you within, this may be the answer you are looking for.
