Once shipments arrive, Dickson's transforms them into housemade bacon, charcuterie, sausage, and roast beef—even the condiments used on the shop's hot-pressed sandwiches are made right on site. In addition to its vast selection of artisanal meats and meat products, the shop offers classes and demonstrations so customers can learn how to properly prepare the meat instead of planting it in the garden and hoping for the best.
