During one-hour Warrior classes throughout the week, trainers lead groups of up to 12 students through high-intensity, full-body workouts, using battling ropes, medicine balls, and TRX suspension–training equipment. During personal-training sessions, fitness coaches work with up to three exercisers at once to devise a personalized workout plan geared toward their fitness goals. Instructors and personal trainers scale each workout to accommodate each student’s level of fitness, though all classes are geared toward beginners.<p>

Eddie Clattenburg, always a fitness aficionado, competed on sports teams throughout his childhood and adolescence before studying exercise science at Arizona State and playing for their football team. When injuries forced him to end his football career, he resolved to stick with his passion by coaching and training. He successfully sought certifications as a certified strength and conditioning coach, a CrossFit Level 1 trainer, and a NASM Level 1 Sports Performance coach. In Eddie’s 16 plus year career he has trained over 20,000 training sessions and over 6,000 classes with clients ages ranging from 12-87 years old.
EC Fitness is a 2,400 square-foot facility used for warrior classes. The warrior classes last an hour each and combine the styles of high intensity interval training, suspension training (TRX), weight lifting, and bootcamp. EC Fitness also has medicine balls, battling ropes, and boxes that are incorporated into the classes. Classes are limited to 18 people for individual attention and safety.
