What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
ECR Performance ramps up the energy with high energy coaches and classes. We offer the knowledge and programming to reach your goals while truly valuing relationship based training. We want a culture committed to hard work, accountability, and most of all encouragement.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
With great music and high energy coaching. We take immense pride in knowing all our members. This helps us understands their "why" as we call it. With that understanding we can individually motivate and also create a culture where EVERYONE wants each other to win. We preach encouragement by all.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As an athlete of lesser stature I was taught by great coaches to get the most of all my abilities. Everyone can be better, and coaching those who have that desire brings great pride and joy. I want to see my members and clients smash goals in and outside the gym. So I created ECR Performance.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people make dreams and goals their reality. I love watching clients accomplish what they never though possible. Whether it's being able to jog a full 12 minutes, squatting 400 lbs, or completing a pull up, all our goals are different, but that feeling of accomplishment is the same.I love it
