About Elite 10 Fitness
The sweat pours early at Elite 10 Fitness, where master trainers Hank Frost and Ron Torres stage boot-camp classes that begin not long after the sun peeks over the horizon. Though they come from different backgrounds—Frost was an amateur boxer for 12 years, and Torres studied kinesiology at California State University—they share a passion for fitness that has fueled their careers and influenced their birthday gifts for the past decade. They both have NASM personal-training certifications, IKFF kettlebell-training certifications, and an interest in nutritional coaching. They fill their boot-camp workout routines with a mix of functional movements—such as squatting, bending, and pushing—and modern fitness techniques, such as TRX suspension training, high-intensity interval training, and sandbag training.
