After just haphazardly rescheduling my first appointment request without my consent, I had to cancel since the new time didn’t work and was with some other provider. Not cool, but whatever. I requested another appointment at a later date and never received confirmation that the request had been approved but they went ahead and redeemed my Groupon.

Very happy and pleased with my experience. Donna did my peel. She is so sweet and made me feel extremely comfortable. She gave me her recommendations on how and what I should be doing with my skin.
