About Foam Rolling Stretch Therapy by Mark
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We combine unique foam rolling, myofascial massage techniques tied in with novel static & dynamic stretching methods that are guaranteed to enable our clients to reduce pain associated from muscle tension, knots & strains. We help with recovery & flexibility to enable our clients to feel amazing.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? I am a very patient & thorough with my clients needs. My methods are specific to the clients complaint and associated areas of concern. The methods I use depend on the clients complaint, limitations & positional comforts. Throughout the session calming yet invigorating essential oils are diffused throughout the session. Positioning is important, so throughout the session I can adapt to any and all positioning that is requested. Most importantly, I love teaching every single client that they can recover after injury faster than they have ever experienced
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? My motivation to begin foam rolling inspired Stretch Therapy is simply because I have many muscle, lower back and joint problems. Over the years I have been developing this program for myself I decided to create a training program that could help others that needed to feel relief from daily pain.
What do you love most about your job? The greatest thing about being a Stretch Therapy coach is seeing my clients improvement throughout weekly sessions. But most importantly I love seeing them smile as their either begin or end their day. The look on my clients face when they can touch their toes for the first time keeps me motivated.
