Great food, great margaritas! But the best part was meeting Rick Bayless. The fact that he is still so passionate about all aspects of his work, it's a wonderful experience!

Frontera is really loud, but going for a 9:00pm reservation made everything more pleasant as things got better by around 9:30. Food and waiter were great. When we checked in with the hostess, she never made eye contact and when we asked about a general wait time she said "first come, first serve. I really cannot tell you." If I was writing an Open Table review I would ding the front desk as there were at least 3 hostesses and not one was really busy. I would have been happy if she said, "it generally runs between 15 and 30 min for people with reservations" or something similar. Relatively minor, but that is your first impression of the restaurant.....
