Cancellation policy

• No modification or cancellation allowed after booking confirmation. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable to another destination once confirmed. This offer is only refundable if you do not fill out the form. Once the form is filled will be considered redeemed and in this case not refundable.

Draw Information

• The Mystery Vacation draw is based on 1000 vacations (2000 vouchers/passengers). 
• Vacations are split into three tiers of destinations. Every customer will be drawn a destination tier as indicated in the list of potentials destinations. The number of vacations available by tier per 1000 vacations (2000 vouchers/passengers) is as follows:
  • 6 vouchers/passengers will be drawn Gold Tier Vacations, 12 voucher/passengers will be drawn Silver Tier Vacations and 1982 vouchers/passengers will be drawn Bronze Tier Vacations.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, due to the nature of the draw, if the deal does not sell out and fewer than 1000 vacations (2000 vouchers/passengers) are purchased, there is no guarantee as to which vacation will be assigned to customers as the vacation allocated will be drawn at random.
  • Alternatively if the mystery vacation should sell more than 1000 vacations (2000 vouchers/passengers), purchases after the initial 1000 vacations (2000 vouchers/passenger) will be entered into a separate draw.
  • If you are drawn a destination where restrictions prevent travel (whether outbound or inbound) you will be offered a suitable alternative destination or date.
