During Jane Buck's lesson, you'll relax, eyes closed, while she guides you through an empowering clairvoyant-meditation session that offers tools for grounding yourself and connecting to your "third eye." Over the course of the mind-clearing exercise, she'll help you understand your energy flow, improving your health and increasing your intuitive powers.

Suffering from migraines and insomnia, poet and author Jane Buck was at her wits end. Then she discovered meditation, quickly finding that her mental and spiritual exercises had banished her chronic afflictions. Nine years on, Jane is a trained clairvoyant meditation instructor at the Clairvoyant Center of Chicago, where she helps others find the same groundedness and spiritual health.
