Raised in Kuala Lumpur and trained at New York's International Culinary Center, Mohan Kulasingam believes that food can help people of different backgrounds come together. He's not only an expert of Malaysian and Italian cuisine, but also a professional dancer, bringing onstage some of the same improvisational creativity he exhibits in the kitchen.
