As you sample white, green, oolong, red, and black varieties, learn about the history of teas, production methods, and the importance of original source, high-elevation grown leaves. Each aromatic cup will take you to a unique global region as you indulge your senses and boost your tea insight.

For the last two decades, Winnie Yu has been traveling around China, Taiwan, and Japan to visit some of the world’s premiere tea-growing regions while learning from the local artisans, producers, and tea masters. Winnie considers tea to be much more than just a gustatory pleasure—she views it as a lifestyle and spiritual practice. Infused with insider’s knowledge, Winnie founded Teance, a one-of-a-kind tea business that’s been recognized as one of the top 10 teashops in the world by National Geographic for the last 12 years.
