This spa is lovely. Massages very reasonably priced and thorough. I was nervous to get a massage even in stage 4 reopening, but we both wore masks, my temperature was checked on entry, and there was a HEPA filter in the room. I will definitely be coming back as a regular and supporting this business.

I felt like I was in heaven! I really ,really enjoyed my massage by Shonda, who is super friendly and welcoming. Get yourself a massage at Greenhouse. You won’t regret it. I will definitely be back.😊

Nice little spot in Williamsburg. David was great targeting my knots and making sure to sit down to go over all concerns before and after the session. Would pay full price for their services, highly recommend.

A teacher of Yang-style tai chi, owner David Greenhouse uses his knowledge of balance control, flexibility, and karate chopping Jenga towers to demonstrate alternative methods to lowering stress levels.
At each of three locations, staff members soothe sore muscles and foster clear thinking during massages, yoga classes, and other healing modalities. The hot-stone massages in particular garnered even more praise from Time Out New York, earning Greenhouse Holistic a spot on the 2012 list of Best Spas. During basic yoga sessions, they demonstrate stable standing poses, balancing postures, and controlled bends, whereas students in the intermediate and advanced courses begin to incorporate arm balances and inversions while moving through sessions at a more vigorous pace.
