A few years later I lost my little brother, was under a lot of stress relocating, & was undergoing a job change. I put on 50 pounds. I had to then try to lose size rather than build. I’ve been at both ends of the spectrum & understand what it takes to get to where you want to be.

Hi! My name is Marcie Lemieux, & I have been a personal trainer for 5 years. I'm NCPPT certified & train clients at The Gym in PB, their homes, as well as a parks. I offer individual as well as group sessions. My passion lies within fitness. I graduated from ULL in Pre-Med & completed 3 years of medical school. After withdrawing I went back to school for a 2nd Bachelor's degree while personal training on the side. I fell in love with being able to help others reach their goals through training individuals as well as providing nutritional guidance. I am competitive bodybuilder, but grew up participating in many sports as a child. I am great with weight loss, strength & conditioning, & functioning training.
