About H2 Fit Camp
The trainers at H2 Fit Camp are driven to help exercisers shed pounds and firm up abs through intense calorie-burning workouts. In 45-minutes boot camp classes, instructors help exercisers reshape their bodies with challenging intervals as well as friendly encouragement. Other sessions include ab-focused workouts and full-body workouts aimed at boosting the metabolism.
