DO NOT COME HERE. Jocelyn is rude and didn’t even do anything to my mom’s hair. My mom asked for light highlights and got nothing. The roots of her hair are RED BROWN WTF? She barely has any highlights and the cut is terrible and uneven! My mom cuts her own hair and the cut was perfect before this lady ruined it. Ontop of that my mom has an accent and was trying to tell her that she didn’t give her what she wanted and Jocelyn told her “don’t argue with me”. Once she was done with the cut she told my mom that she likes what she did… like okay, I don’t care if you like it, it matters if my mom likes it and she didn’t! She also was sitting and watching T.V the whole time she was doing my moms hair. My mom never does anything nice for herself and we don’t have a lot of money so she is never able to get her hair done. She decided to go this time because it’s my college graduation and she wanted to look nice. TERRIBLE JOB and rude lady. So disappointed. I don’t mess around when it comes to my mom and Jocelyn really did her dirty. My mom came home and cried and now I am crying looking at her hair for her. I am so upset for her. Do not trust this woman to give you what you want. My mom never wants to use groupon again because this always happens to her. So disappointing.

I went in for a single process color and cut. The stylist was very nice and did a great job cutting my hair, however I am very disappointed in my color results. I was hoping to get a medium brown color, but walked out with a color that seems darker than my natural hair color which is black. It seems as if I have no color in my hair at all.
