It would be better if the front desk process were a bit smoother. Even though there wasn’t a long line, we still had to wait about 20 min. I think it’s because they handled massage reservations at the reception. Some of the sauna rooms were not quite hot enough, but overall, it’s on the higher end for spas in Houston.
My daughter and I had the most relaxing day here. Now that I’ve done it once I know what to expect next time. I also got a full body scrub. That was incredible. That was an extra fee however it was well worth it. I will return to this facility again.
