I absolutely LOVE Hiit Bootcamp!!! The workouts are tough but effective and the instructors are very professional and help you. I purchased the 6 week plan and I'm already on my 3rd week. I don't want it to end lol definitely recommend it to anyone that loves a challenge and wants to look and be healthier.
