The staff was plentiful- consisting of mostly students - and they seemed to work well with the kids. My concern was that the camp registration started at 8:30am at the front gate on the first day. From there the kids were made to line up and sit out on the field until everyone was checked-in. Camp was to begin at 9am, but with all of the stragglers the kids wound up waiting on the field until after 9:30am.For first time camp attendees this could be a shock. This camp seems to be more of a "fun" camp versus a skills camp. There was little help with correct batting technique, although they were taught some fielding. Also, if your kid wants training in a certain position, forget it. With so many kids, if your five kids like center field, they'll all play the position - at the very same time. Alas, I've learned that $5 a day for $2 meals is not cool! You get a slice of Little Cesar's pizza or a dollar menu burger and a small bag of chips. The kiddo enjoyed it, but I hardly saw the worth.

It was a good camp. The only negative aspect of it is when they are broken up in groups doing drills if a child misses a catch they sit him out for the remainder of the drill and only let the kids that caught the ball to continue. So if a child misses their 1st try at a drill then they sit out and get no more turns the remainder of the drill while the ones that did catch continue = waasted time

My son loved this camp and the ratio of students to coaches was great abs they had a lot of one on one time. Highly recommend!

No real instruction. They had a few stations setup. 2 college kid coach’s per 40 Kids or more. Many concession stand breaks. They had the kids in the hot sun for 6 hours with a couple of indoor breaks.

We did the winter camp of 2020. We handed the voucher upon check-in since the Groupon code couldn’t be accepted on the UHC site for some reason. Parents sat in the chairs or bleachers and the kids rotated to various drills in different sections of the field. It was fun. At the winter camp kids brought their own gear and lunches. Remind your kid not to share helmets because of lice. Loved the camp!
