Kids aged 6–13 participate in Junior Boots classes, which starts with a name-memorization game to break the ice and then transitions into a mission-based workout. Kids are engaged throughout the mission, which includes a warm-up, obstacle-course elements, and martial-arts exercises.

ForceFit consists of one-hour military-style fitness classes led by “drill sergeants” who motivate exercisers and train alongside them. It also features an indoor obstacle course combined with fitness drills.
