Every workout is different. We constantly change our workouts so it doesn’t get boring and so you keep getting awesome results. We also track our clients’ weight, body fat, and measurements to make sure we’re following through on our promise.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people get results they never thought possible!
Being fit is a necessity for Ian Weinberg, as he regularly runs marathons and climbs mountains. At Ian Fitness, he and his fellow certified personal trainers share their passion for fitness during indoor boot camp workouts. They spice things up each day by introducing new exercises that range from body weight exercises to kettlebell lifts. To help students make the most of their efforts, they also offer nutritional counseling to answer food-and-exercise-related questions such as “What should I eat to augment my workout?” and “How do I whittle a dumbbell into a fork?”
