Easy and quick scheduling....appointments available at fairly short notice. Nice receptionist, very clean and calming office. Procedure explained simply and easy to understand. Enjoyed my visit.

Great experience definitely recommend

Both my wife and I did this (in separate pods) and loved it. We have been talking about it all day. The facilities were clean, inviting and felt papering. Lily (the attendant) was kind, supportive, helpful and very sweet. Loved her :analogy of the dog getting ready to sleep" to help prepare us for the experience our mind might go through. Would highly reccommend this if you are wanting a break from your distractions and reset your connection to your life ... the real one.

Scott, the owner, is wonderful. The facility is very clean and offers a lot of options, including awesome massage chairs! In a time where we are all so stressed out, this is the perfect place to go to relax.

Everything went as planned and was a great experience. Called to confirm reservation, bought Groupon, showed up and relaxed. No strings or extras. The girl who assisted us was super friendly and knowledgeable. The place was clean and well laid out. We did a soak, sauna and message. Awesome experience.
