The chefs at J Teriyaki do more than just glaze tender morsels of meat in the restaurant's signature sauce, they also create savory stir-fries and yakisoba noodle dishes. Entrees, such as general tao’s chicken and sweet-chili shrimp, perform acrobatics in the cooks’ hot woks, and sides of white or brown rice provide a pillowy place for them to land. No matter the dish, however, J Teriyaki prides itself on using fresh ingredients and steering clear of MSGs and trans fats.
