About Kettlebell X Training
Cody Bramlett discovered the body-strengthening power of kettlebells not as his own tool for beefing up, but as the exercise that helped his brother rebuild his body following a car injury. After witnessing his brother’s positive results, Cody became a passionate advocate of kettlebell workouts, eventually earning his certification as an instructor and creating his own high-impact moves. Today, known by his students as Kettlebell Cody, he helps others build dynamic core strength and tone muscles—helping everyone from first-timers to studio regulars achieve their fitness goals. He and his staff of trainers, teach classes six days a week and also offer abdominal and movement classes to bolster the weight-lifting sessions.
