At Kitchenette, Thai and Japanese entrees share a menu with specialty maki and a la carte sushi and sashimi. Soft-shell crab, shrimp tempura, octopus, and other fresh fish are wrapped into artistic maki creations, and the chefs also prepare specialty dishes such as panang salmon and red snapper filet. They also serve a large variety of Thai dishes, from panang curry and stir-fried noodles to tom yum soup, as well as Japanese tempura dinners.

There were four of us for dinner, each with a different entree and appetizer, and each of us was very happy with our choice. Kitchenette has both a Thai and a Japanese menu available so the most difficult part of the evening is making a choice of the many options. The service was attentive but not intrusive. And love that it's BYOB.
