Beers such as Pilsner Urquell, Czechvar, and Franziskaner wash down a hearty Bohemian platter of meat. Guests select two meat dishes to adorn the platter, choosing from roast pork, breaded pork, roast chicken, roast duck, and smoked sausage. They also choose two sides, such as bread or potato dumplings, boiled or mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, sweet and sour cabbage, or green beans. Soups rotate daily, but liver dumpling and beef noodle are always available, and mixed-green salads are topped with tomatoes and peppers. Desserts include kolacky and apple strudel.<p>

Klas Restaurant has created a culinary journey overseas within an architectural time machine. Amid the stained glass windows and medieval-inspired chandeliers of the 92-year-old restaurant, World War I and II relics provide a piece of history while a 14th-century wine and tap room take guests even farther back in time.
