About Koi Restaurant
Located in the heart of Evanston’s restaurant row, Koi Restaurant’s sleek interior places diners in leather seats beside exposed-brick and polished-slate walls decorated with murals of Chinese country scenes. Once seated, guests can sip sake or craft cocktails while perusing a diverse menu of traditional Chinese and Japanese fare. Delectable meals of braised meats, noodles, and stir-fries are accompanied by delicate morsels of sea bass, eel, yellowtail, and tuna formed into sushi rolls. In addition to these flavorful feasts, owner Sandy Chen has curated a long list of regional Chinese cuisine, ranging from spicy Szechuan-style red snapper to crispy Hunan-style chicken.
