About Level Two Restaurant
Level Two Restaurant takes its name from its location on the second floor of the Hyatt Chicago Magnificent Mile, creating a dining experience that's as every bit as memorable and upscale as its surroundings. The restaurant, lounge, and bar serves locally sourced American cuisine with a distinctive Midwestern flair. Take, for instance, the Chicago 250 all-natural filet, an eight-ounce steak that exudes a simple, earthy flavor with the help of buttered mushrooms, or the Mills Farm fire-roasted half chicken, a rustically elegant dish served with oven-roasted tomatoes. Side dishes like truffle lynoisse potatoes and herb-roasted swiss chard flesh flesh out the menu, which also features local Goose Island sodas and desserts, such as white chocolate mousse with mango colis.
Level Two's bar, meanwhile, features barrel-aged cocktails alongside tinctures such as a chocolate Manhattan with Woodford Reserve. There's also a robust list of craft beers from Midwest breweries, including Founders and Dark Horse. Level Two regularly features live music throughout the week to compliment the sounds of clinking cocktails.
