What was the inspiration for starting this business?
The owner and operations manager developed a business plan to operate a successful oil-change center. Their customers and their community continue to be their primary focus.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
There are numerous things customers do to emphasize their pleasure with their service experience: repeat business, referring family and friends, and sometimes they even offer gratuities. However, my favorite reaction is when they shake my hand and smile. When that happens, I know I've done a good job.

What’s your favorite part about your job?
We interact personally with every customer that enters our facility. Our customers are very interesting people and quite frequently share experiences from their lives with us. We believe that is a sign of trust.
