Capoeira is an athletic art unlike any other. While learning martial arts, music, dance, and gymnastics, students get in great shape and have a blast.

Located at the beautiful facility of Move! Studio near downtown Sacramento, our classes include warm up, instruction in basic and more advanced movements, access to our collection of over 50 musical instruments, and the game of capoeira.

Adults and teens class meets every M, W, and F 7-830pm, and Saturdays 1-230pm.

Kids ages 6-12 class meets every M and W 530-630pm, and Saturdays 12-1pm

Kinders ages 3-5 class meets every M and W 430-515pm
