Excellent customer service! He completed his work in a timely fashion. He was proud of his work and even refused a tip!

Staff was great. I had rear brake pads replaced. I found out when I was checking out that they did not have the right-size pads for my Nissan Rogue SUV and they had to make a trip out to Carmichael to get them. I felt they went above & beyond, and I didn't get charged any extra for it.

The staff here is ALWAYS equal parts efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. I keep coming back to this shop for all these reasons!
