Come enjoy one or two weeks of worry-free exercise programming. No need to think about what needs to be done in the gym or whether or not you are moving correctly. Guidance will be provided on what to do and correct any MVMNT issues. Classes last only one hour, so can get in and get out knowing that have been accomplished something.
