My Gym Highlands Ranch
As the director of My Gym, Angela Marquez helps run a kids' exercise gym that combines open play with education and exercise. The staff take students aged 6 weeks to 13 years under their collective wing, teaching age-appropriate weekly classes for each developmental stage in a youth's life. Through dance, games, gymnastics, and sports, kids exercise their spatial awareness and learn teamwork skills, all while building healthier bodies with which to more forcefully sit on whoopee cushions. Housed in a state-of-the-art facility also fit for special events, all lessons draw from My Gym's proprietary program, a lesson plan used at more than 200 locations in more than 25 countries.
