I take the time to listen to you, the client, I offer advice.I believe you need to be passionate about what you do. I’m very passionate about people and take great pride in my work. I don’t treat you like just a body passing through. It’s my hope to build a lasting relationship with you, my client.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I’ve always loved doing family and friends’ nails. I used to live in a small town and I would hang out at the shop where I would get my hair done. There were a few times I was there and clients would ask if they had a nail tech. The owner told me to go to school for it and she’d hire me, so I did!
What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love the friendships I have formed doing nails. You may walk in a client, but not only will you leave with beautiful nails, you will have made a new friend in me. . . . You will love our quaint little shop! Call me for an appointment, come in and take your shoes off :)
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
Bottom line, booking their next appointment with me. That speaks volumes. I do have excellent reviews on my work and on me as a person. But a return client is golden!
