The cruises take place from December through May, departing from the Haleiwa Boat Harbor at noon. During the 2.5-hour cruise, passengers get the chance to see humpback whales play and nurse their young in their breeding grounds on the beautiful north shore of Oahu and listen to their singing on an underwater hydrophone. The tour gets close enough to ocean life to provide excellent views, while keeping far enough away so passengers remain safe and dry. Adults are required to wear life jackets and hold children 4 years old or younger at all times in accordance with Coast Guard regulations.
