The first two workout sessions will be 60 minutes long to teach clients to properly use the MedX exercise equipment. Subsequent sessions should take 20 minutes, and clients are recommended to work out twice a week.
The nutritional evaluation includes a bio-impedance analysis, which measures body composition, calories burned, and the body’s absorption of fatty acids, proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Customers also receive a take-home DVD, book, and training manual.

That's the formula at Take 20 Personal Fitness, where participants can jump-start their fitness regimen or return to one after injury and get results either way. During personalized workouts, participants meet with a trainer one-on-one in a private suite, moving through a challenging 20-minute routine that focuses on strength and weight loss.
Also on hand during the workout? A doctor who supervises the session to ensure proper form and help prevent injury. Participants use MedX exercise equipment, which has been specially designed to strengthen various areas of the spine, even scoring the FDA's stamp of approval. The results of the formula can include increased metabolism, decreased body fat, better mobility, more stately posture, and an overall better outlook on fitness and health.
