Two 55-Minute Personal-Training Sessions
Two 25-Minute Personal-Training Sessions
During our first session, we will talk about your goals, workout history, nutrition, and any injuries or limitations. We will then go through a sample workout based on that information.
The second session will be a full workout customized to your specific goals.
